# 5.4 Revenue Share Model

### How the Revenue Share Works

Every **6 months**, **eligible $DBT holders will receive a portion of the company’s revenue**. To qualify, holders must have at least **1 million $DBT tokens**.

1. **Eligibility Requirement**:
   * Only holders with a minimum of **1 million $DBT tokens** qualify to receive revenue distributions. This ensures that committed holders benefit from the company’s revenue.
2. **Snapshot Date**:
   * Just before each distribution, a **snapshot of token holdings will be taken**. This snapshot captures each wallet’s balance, determining eligibility and share percentage.
   * Holders with at least 1 million $DBT at the snapshot date will be eligible for that period's revenue share.
3. **Revenue Pool Allocation**:
   * A designated portion of Diamond Bull Technology’s revenue will be set aside for distribution. For example, if $50,000 is allocated, this entire amount will be shared among eligible holders.
4. **Distribution Based on Holding Percentage**:
   * For eligible holders, the revenue share will be proportional to the percentage of $DBT tokens they hold out of the total eligible pool.
   * **Example**: If a holder owns **3% of the eligible $DBT supply** at the snapshot, they will receive **3% of the revenue pool**. For a $50,000 revenue pool, this would mean **$1500**.

#### Additional Details

* **Snapshot Timing**: The snapshot date will be announced in advance, allowing holders time to adjust their holdings if desired.
* **Transparency**: After each revenue distribution, a report will outline the allocation and calculations.
* **Incentivizing Commitment**: This model is designed to reward those who maintain or increase their holdings above the 1 million token threshold.
